Schenectady, NY- Palakkumar Patel, 24, of Holbrook, Suffolk County, received his prize check totaling $80,537 for matching all five numbers in the New York Lottery's TAKE FIVE drawing on September 24, 2008.
Patel, a recent college graduate, said "this could not have come at a better time, because I just graduated so I can really use the money." Patel plans to pay bills and invest the rest of his prize.
